Illustration
I've always been interested in drawing and painting, and I try to at least sketch a little every single day. I maintain a sketchbook full of doodles, ideas and designs, and I’ve been able to use my sketches for several different applications. Selling a project by showing the final result with sketches, painting a mural, making portraits of friends or anything else, I love illustration.
Inktober Sketches
Below are some examples of some painterly sketches for inktober, each one took an hour or two and I had a lot of fun with these pushing the style, lighting, and essence of speed with each!

The image above is a monster hunter concept of an in-game scene, the player is in a bright orange suit to show that theyre a novice hunter, its obnoxious so that you’re incentive is to level up and gain a more practical and visually attractive set of armor and clothes. The monster here is essentially a giant ostrich.
Illustration of a car museum built into a garden. The cars follow a path to arrive in small climate controlled, glass enclosed boxes. This minimalist design incorporates nature and makes a relaxed environment for learning about each vehicle. A critique of this design would be the access for vehicles was the main design with this method, but the access for foot traffic for people has been overlooked. There is very little design for foot traffic to access each glass enclosure for the cars.
This is a more color-conscious version of the more vibrant sketch this is based on. Easier on the eyes and much simpler to understand.
This is a variation on the minimalist-garden garage setup for a car museum or extravagant private residence. Stone is interwoven with grass in a courtyard stryle method that allows for more foot traffic than the other sketches in this series.

The image above is a fun sketch of a garden courtyard, an espresso trike is handing out espresso and people are walking through the space.
Sketch Timelapse
I regularly record my sketches, its really fun to show people the process and I’ve received some fun feedback from them. This one was a fun page playing with different situations in each empty space of the page.

This is a Concept illustration of an airship flying over a waterfall, painted digitally in photoshop
This is a night sky illustration with a mountain range at the bottom in order to frame the image and capture the scale and angle of what the viewer is looking at.
This is a painting of a landscape with tall hills emerging from water like those you might find in places like china. There is a mysterious building with cables leading down into the mountains, emerging from the fog to create a sense of interest and wonder.
